"Slow Your Flow" Retreat - Deposit

What’s Included:

• 4 nights of Lodging: All rooms are ocean view.

• All meals: Organic locally sourced breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea, water. (Food Allergies and specific preferences can be accommodated)

• Airport Transportation: Your ride to the retreat center & back to the airport. We ask you to book flights to arrive before 4:30pm + depart no earlier than 11am. 

• Daily Yoga: I will offer one yoga class per day. You can take all week or none at all, it is up to you. 

• Somatic Breathwork: A special breathwork journey hosted by Katie (optional).

• Clean Water: onsite drinking water is available that is 3 stage filtered and ionized. There are also UV filters for all tap water that means your shower, sink and faucet are free of bacteria. 

• Staff Gratuity: $25/day of staff gratuity is inluded in the cost so you won’t have to worry about brining pesos for gratuity. We want to ensure we thank our amazing La Joya staff!

• Yoga Mats: No need to bring yours, they’ve got us covered with mats, blocks, and blankets. 

• Spa Amenities: Sauna, Steam room, cold plunge, open air functional movement facility

What’s not inluded:

*Airfare: Your flights are not included. We recommend flying into Puerto Vallarta Airport by 3pm, where the shuttle will then pick you up to transport you to the retreat center (about an hour drive).

*If you have a later flight, you will be responsible for your own transfer. Taxis are  typically regulated and air available at the airport. I can only provide group transfers that arrive close to the check-in time.

• Surfing

• Bar Drinks: Alcoholic beverages are not included in your retreat cost. 

• Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is recommended. 

• Spa Treatments: You can purchase spa treatments on site.

Terms and conditions

Booking requires a $750 USD non-refundable deposit. 

A lot of time and care is put into planning these retreats and therefore all deposit payments of $750 USD are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once the deposit has been made we will contact you to confirm details and your spot on the retreat. The full payment will be due March 19, 2024. I will send you a reminder email two weeks before. If the payment isn't made by March 19, 2024, we will open the spot back up, and your space will no longer be guaranteed on this retreat. If you are doing a payment plan, 50% of the total price of the room must be paid by February 18, 2024. 

No refunds will be available regardless of reason for cancellation, no exceptions. However, if you are able to fill your space last minute, I will happily refund you your payment, once the filled space payment is received, minus the non-refundable deposit. 

*No payments may be transferred to another retreat date. 

**Alcoholic beverages are not included.
